Add a second auth factor to both OpenVPN and the admin GUI using Google AUthenticator or similar

Note that if you enable the option to require Username and Password authentication then you are configuring two factor authentication. The first factor is the unique authentication certificate that is installed in your profile (possession factor). The second factor is the unique credentials of the user that is required at the time of the connection (knowledge factor).
