We are a MSP and would find it useful to have a dashboard version of Command Center or a read only account. We were logging in and using it anyway but it appears to time out after an hour.
Example use case:
A tier 1 tech could log in by remote access and determine what port is being blocked for an application. Then a tier 2 tech could log in an actually make the firewall rule change with a read/write account.

Justin MergedIt would be nice to have read only user accounts. We are a MSP would be nice to have the ability to give our techs read only access to see if something is being blocked via Untangle before escalating it to the network team

Heather P AdminThanks for your feedback. I see a couple of requests here ...
(1) Allow an administrator to change the Auto Logout Timeout Period
- If you log onto Command Center, go to Account->Settings and look for Auto Logout Timeout Period. You'll see that you can set the Timeout to anything between 1 minute and 48 hours.
(2) Give certain users read only access to Command Center.
If you go to Account->Users, then you can set permissions for various users. I'll reach out to ask you a bit more on this. -

Heather P AdminUpdated the title and description, as the timeout is done, and basic Command Center user permissions are now available. Looking for further feedback from the community regarding read only access.
