Rules based on age of user

Be able to type a birthdate in for a device / user and be able to write rules based on the age.

You can use the tagging feature to accomplish this.

from what I can see even if I type a birthday in the tag, the system will not calculate it to the age to make age appropriate rules. Am I wrong?
